The True North Workwear Giveaways are open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, or any person directly involved in administering the Giveaway or selecting the winner are not eligible to enter.

Each True North Workwear Giveaway is a separate promotion. Its opening date, closing date and time will be stated in the official giveaway post on the True North Workwear Facebook page and Instagram account. All stated times are Atlantic Time unless otherwise specified.Entries received after the stated closing time will not be included. One potential winner will be selected and publicly announced within 24 hours after the giveaway closes.

To receive one eligible entry through a participating social platform, an entrant must complete the entry requirements stated on the applicable Giveaway post. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Giveaway post, entrants must: • Follow True North Workwear on the platform being used to enter; • Like the applicable Giveaway post; and • Leave the required comment, answer, word or response specified in that Giveaway post. Eligible entries may be submitted through the official True North Workwear Facebook page and/or Instagram account. One eligible entry per person, per platform, per Giveaway is permitted. A person who validly enters on both Facebook and Instagram may therefore receive a maximum of two entries for that Giveaway — one Facebook entry and one Instagram entry. Multiple comments, repeated comments or tagging additional people do not provide additional entries unless the applicable Giveaway post expressly states otherwise. Entrants may voluntarily tag or mention friends who may be interested in the Giveaway, but doing so is not required and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Automated entries, duplicate entries beyond the permitted limit, fake accounts or entries submitted through fraudulent means may be disqualified.

One winner will receive the True North Workwear prize package identified in the applicable Giveaway post. The specific products included in the prize, any available size or colour selections and the approximate retail value of the prize package will be disclosed in the applicable Giveaway post. Prize products, sizes and colours are subject to available inventory at the time the prize is fulfilled. Unless otherwise stated, prize products or graphics may not be substituted by the winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.

After the Giveaway closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through Facebook and Instagram.Each eligible platform entry will be included separately in the draw. An entrant who validly enters through both Facebook and Instagram may therefore have up to two entries included in the draw.The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.A potential winner will be selected and contacted by True North Workwear within 24 hours after the Giveaway closes through the social-media account used to enter. The winner will be publicly announced after eligibility has been confirmed.If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible under these Official Rules, the entrant may be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Once a winner is confirmed, True North Workwear will arrange shipment of the prize package to a valid Canadian shipping address provided by the winner. True North Workwear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses supplied by the winner or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Approximately four weeks after the winner receives the prize package, True North Workwear may contact the winner with a short questionnaire requesting honest feedback about the products and their experience wearing them. Providing feedback is voluntary and helps True North Workwear evaluate its products. The winner may also be invited to leave an honest public review. Leaving a public review is voluntary and is not a condition of entering, winning or receiving the prize. If the winner chooses to publish a review or other public content about the products, they should clearly disclose that the products were received free through the True North Workwear Giveaway.

Information collected from a potential winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, confirm eligibility, communicate with the winner, and deliver the prize, unless the entrant separately consents to other uses.Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to True North Workwear marketing emails.

Entry into the Giveaway does not require entrants to submit photos, videos, testimonials, or other user-generated content.True North Workwear will request permission before using a winner’s submitted photograph, testimonial, review, or other identifiable content in future marketing.

True North Workwear reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the Giveaway, uses fraudulent entry methods, or otherwise acts in a manner that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.True North Workwear may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended.Decisions of True North Workwear regarding eligibility and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
