LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

True North Workwear is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If there is an issue with your shipment, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you look into it.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging if damaged, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and make it right where appropriate.

DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

For Canadian orders, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges required by U.S. customs or the shipping carrier, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

True North Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
