Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $14.99 CAD. Free shipping is automatically applied to Canadian orders of $99 or more before tax. All available shipping options and costs will be shown before payment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

True North Workwear is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If there is an issue with your shipment, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you look into it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging if damaged, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review the issue and make it right where appropriate.

Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
