1. RETURN WINDOW

Accepted Answer

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

unworn
unwashed
unused
undamaged
free of odours, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Please include:

your order number
your full name
the item you want to return
the reason for the return
photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Accepted Answer

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. True North Workwear is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

4. REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS

Accepted Answer

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval, but your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If you need a different size or colour, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

custom or personalized items
made-to-order items
clearance or final sale items
gift cards
worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used items
items returned outside the eligible return window

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.

8. US RETURNS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

Accepted Answer

We ship to Canada and the USA.

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or related charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These fees are not collected by True North Workwear and are non-refundable by us.
