True North Workwear is a clothing line operated by Black Sheep Apparel Co. We sell workwear, apparel, and related products through our website. Our website is operated from Nova Scotia, Canada.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website. You agree not to use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy or scrape website content, submit false information, or use the website in a way that may harm our business, brand, customers, or service providers. We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, colours, sizes, prices, materials, features, images, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, current, or perfectly accurate at all times. Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, browser, lighting, or display settings. Slight variations may also occur between garments, production runs, suppliers, printed products, embroidery, patches, and decorated items. Images, mockups, lifestyle photos, and product graphics are provided for general reference. Final products may vary slightly from what is shown.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error. If an item is listed incorrectly, we may refuse or cancel the order, even if the order has already been submitted.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it or begin processing it. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, incorrect pricing, incorrect customer information, or errors in product information. This includes your billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, product selections, size choices, and colour choices. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our own systems. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount of your order.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, supply issues, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage may pass to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided or otherwise marked as delivered by the carrier, subject to applicable law. We may sell and ship products within Canada and the United States, where available. You are responsible for any duties, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may apply to orders shipped outside Canada or outside your province, unless otherwise stated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders to locations we do not currently serve.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within the time period stated in that policy and follow the instructions provided. Returned items may need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odours, and in original condition with tags or packaging where applicable. Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable, including customized items, made-to-order items, clearance or final sale items, worn or washed items, damaged or altered items, and items returned outside the eligible return period. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any return, cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

Consumer protection laws may provide cancellation rights for online purchases in specific circumstances. For example, Nova Scotia’s internet sales rules may allow a consumer to cancel an internet sales contract in certain cases, including where required contract information was not provided or where the consumer was not given required opportunities to review, correct, or decline the contract. You are responsible for following garment care instructions. Washing, drying, ironing, storing, or using products contrary to care instructions may affect the garment, print, colour, fit, or lifespan. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or alteration.

Promotions, discount codes, offers, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, exclusions, limits, or restrictions. We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time unless prohibited by law. Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly stated and may not apply to prior purchases, taxes, shipping, gift cards, or excluded products.

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or are used in a way that may harm our website, business, or customers.

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, icons, layout, photography, video, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Black Sheep Apparel Co. or True North Workwear.
